Hi, I’m Dextany — Dezz for short, the face behind Glow By Dezz.
My passion for beauty started when I was just 7 years old, when I first fell in love with makeup and the creativity that came with it. A few years after high school, I decided to take that passion a step further and attend esthetician school. I wanted to learn more about the skin, truly understand aesthetics, and turn something I loved into a career.
During my time in school, I discovered an even deeper love for waxing, facials, brows, and self-care. I especially fell in love with brow artistry, from laminations and tints to shaping and enhancing your natural features. Brows are something I’m genuinely passionate about — I even regularly laminate my own!
Today, Glow By Dezz specializes in full-body waxing, eyebrow laminations, tints, lash lifts, and makeup. Every service is done with intention, attention to detail, and a whole lot of passion.
To me, Glow By Dezz is about more than just looking good. It’s about feeling fierce, glowy, confident, radiant, and soft. I want every client to leave my chair feeling refreshed, beautiful, confident, and excited about the skin they’re in.

Marina previously built and operated a successful skincare practice in Seattle, Washington, and is now proud to also bring Beauty Seasons Salon to Scarborough, Maine, offering her services to clients seeking elevated, thoughtful skincare experiences.
Jen
Jen is the owner and operator of Radiance Skincare and Massage Therapy, with over 15 years of experience in the spa industry. As a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist, she can combine her love of Aesthetics with pampering Swedish Massage sessions for a full spa experience! Jen specializes in numerous advanced skincare techniques ranging from chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and skin tightening to name a few. Jen attends regular training sessions to stay on top of cutting-edge treatments that deliver real results. Jen truly loves what she does and is devoted to the wellness and self-care for each and every one of her client's unique needs.
